Matahari Department Store as One Of Top 3 Strongest Brand for Retail in Indonesia
PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (“Matahari” or the “Company”; stock code: “LPPF”) is once again in the Top 3 Retail in Indonesia in Brand Asia Study 2018. Brand Asia Award is given by Nikkei BP cooperate with MarkPlus Insight which was conducted on Thursday, 6 September 2018 in Raffles Hotel, Jakarta.
Brand Asia Study is a research to evaluate the strength of a brand owned by a company. Brand Asia Study is using the same assessment method and analysis procedure with the method used in Brand Japan. The survey was conducted in February – May 2018 by Nikkei BP Consulting, Inc based on brand evaluation in Asia by measuring the image equity such as likeability, friendliness, usefulness, and perceived quality. From the survey, Matahari become one of top 3 strongest retail brand in Indonesia.
These awards show that Matahari is Indonesian most preferred retail platform which will always give various choices of high quality products and give a pleasant shopping experience to its customers.
