361 Degrees & Matahari Announce Exclusive Collaboration

Jakarta, August 15th, 2018 – PT Matahari Department Store Tbk announces a new collaboration with 361 Degrees International. Matahari stores, both online and offline, will become the exclusive distribution outlets for 361 Degrees product across the Indonesian market.

Founded in 2003, 361 Degrees began as a family-owned manufacturing business and quickly grew to be one of China’s leading sports brands, with thousands of stores all over China. In 2014, 361 Degrees went international and now has outlets in the U.S.A., Brazil, Europe and Taiwan. 361 Degrees offers award winning, high-performance apparel and footwear for athletes of all levels. Its footwear is known for its proprietary QU!KFOAM technology, an EVA rubber blend that provides an amazing combination of cushioning and responsiveness throughout the life of the shoes.

361 Degrees is the main sponsor for the 2018 Asian Games competition in Jakarta & Palembang, providing the uniforms, shoes and accessories of all the executing committees, technical delegates, volunteers and field executives. This marks the third consecutive time that 361 Degrees has sponsored the Asian games, following the 2010 Asian games in Guangzhou and the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon.

361 Degrees merchandise will be available this month at 15 Matahari stores in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Palembang, as well as online at www.361sport.co.id, www.matahari.com, and also at www.mataharimall.com. 361 Degrees products will become available across all Matahari stores in 2019. In addition, Matahari is also planning to open 361 Degrees stand-alone specialty stores at prominent well-known malls in major cities from 2019 onwards.
